This Privacy Policy describes how 450 Digital, LLC ("Recon GTM," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit recongtm.com, use the Recon GTM browser extension and dashboard, or contact us. It covers both visitors to our website and users of the Recon GTM service (the "Service").

Information we collect

• Account information: name, work email, organization, and role, provided when an account is created for you or you accept an invitation.
• Customer Data you submit: the inputs you add to the Service, including your product catalog, proof points, competitive notes, company profile, and the target accounts you ask us to research. This content forms your private Knowledge Base.
• Research content: publicly available information the Service gathers about the companies you designate, and the briefs, plans, and outreach it generates from that research and your Customer Data.
• Usage and technical information: standard data such as browser type, device, pages or features used, and log data, collected through our hosting and analytics providers to operate and secure the Service.
• Website inquiries: name, email, and any details you share when you contact us or request a demo.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service and generate the Output you request.
• To authenticate users, administer organizations and seats, and provide support.
• To process AI-generated analysis: your Customer Data and the public research are processed, including by our AI provider, solely to produce your Output.
• To respond to inquiries and send service and account communications. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

Data isolation and security

Each customer's data, including your Knowledge Base, is isolated at the database level and is not pooled or shared across customers. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted and monitored. We use reputable infrastructure and subprocessors and take reasonable measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but security is a first-class part of how the Service is built.

Subprocessors

We use a small set of service providers to run the Service, which may process information on our behalf under appropriate terms. These include providers for cloud hosting and compute, database and authentication, AI processing, email delivery, payments, and analytics. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your Customer Data to train third-party AI models.

Data retention

We retain account information and Customer Data for as long as your organization uses the Service. On termination, Customer Data is available for export for thirty (30) days, after which we may delete it, subject to routine backups and legal requirements. Website inquiry data is retained only as long as needed for the purpose it was provided.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Account administrators can manage users and data within their organization. To make a request, email hello@450digital.com, and we will respond consistent with applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version with a new date. Material changes will be communicated reasonably in advance where required.
